   Hyderabad is a potential real estate market with a range of property investment opportunities. Builders and developers in India have noticed Hyderabad as a major real estate ground. Being a major IT hub of India, Hyderabad is witnessing emergence of numerous integrated townships, corporate office complexes, IT Parks, Business Technology Parks, shopping and leisure zones etc. There are many ventures in Hyderabad but only few of them are successful.
